Our guarantee

We believe in the quality of our craftsmanship, the designs of our products and the quality of our materials.

Our products are built from the onset to be robust and durable whilst being highly functional and useful. We expect our products to last a lifetime under normal intended use and proper maintenance and as such we offer a guarantee. 

If you are the original owner (with proof of purchase from https://savanna leather.com only) and the workmanship or materials fail you in any way under normal use of the product, contact us, and we will make arrangements to repair or replace your product should any confirmed defects in the workmanship and/or materials used be identified. This guarantee does not apply if the product is re-sold, traded or gifted to another owner.

Our leather goods are designed to last a lifetime, but our guarantee will not cover expected natural wear-and-tear or the misuse of a product. Leather is a natural and beautiful product which will change and patina beautifully over time and through use. 

Please note, for any items approved for return to Savanna Leather, the cost of shipping these is the responsibility of the customer. Also a prepaid return label should be provided so we can get it back to you. We will not be responsible for charges connected with shipping, freight, custom fees, or duties to ship the product either to us or back to you.
